Almaviva Santé is one of the companies recognised as "committed to diversity" in the ranking recently published in Capital magazine.

This ranking, which is a first in France, highlighted 300 companies out of the 6,000 analysed that stood out as a result of a vast independent and anonymous survey carried out among a panel of 25,000 employees, including our employees, and those working in the same sector of activity, as well as the study of key indicators on the theme of diversity.

The employees questioned noted their employer's attitude in favour of diversity, but also the reputation of its competitors in this field, through questions relating to respect for parity, non-discrimination of people according to age, origin, sexual orientation or disability.

Almaviva Santé was ranked 5th in the "medico-social" category and 138th overall. This distinction is recognition of our actions and our commitment to diversity.
